About Camp

Originally purchased from the Aksel Nielsen family in 1953, Tomahawk Scout Reservation has grown from 1,932 to 3,100 acres and serves over 10,000 campers annually. The camp sits on a large peninsula nestled on over fifteen pristine miles of Long Lake shoreline in Wisconsin. With 3,100 acres, 20 bodies of water, and over 19 miles of trails to explore, Tomahawk is a perfect summer or winter destination.

Unique Features

 

Fire Tower, 60’ Climbing Tower, High Ropes Course, ATV program, Logging Camp outpost, 100 head of Buffalo, three Boy Scout camps, a Webelos resident camp, a High Adventure Base.

Home of Boy Scout Summer Camp, Navajo Webelos Camp, Family Island, and Snow Base Winter Camp.
